About Pixelog

Pixelog Team operates Pixelog, a free personal game journal in beta. These terms describe its current non-commercial service; they do not promise future pricing or feature availability. For questions, email hello@pixelog.my.

Your journal and backups

You retain your rights in the notes, ratings and other journal content you create. Pixelog does not claim ownership of them. Only upload or share content you have the right to use. You are responsible for choosing what to share and keeping a separate backup of important journal data.

Browser storage can be cleared or lost. Optional Google Drive sync depends on Google, your authorization and available storage; it is not a guarantee against data loss. Review the privacy notice for storage, retention and deletion limits.

Connected services and game artwork

Optional Google Drive and Steam features and IGDB game discovery depend on third-party services and their applicable terms. Pixelog is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Valve, Steam, IGDB, Twitch or game publishers. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Game artwork and metadata may belong to publishers or other third parties. Displaying them in Pixelog does not grant you an unrestricted licence to reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit them. Sharing or exporting a card does not transfer those third-party rights.

Steam data and service availability

Steam data and the Steam Web API are provided “as is,” “with all faults” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pixelog Team, Valve, Steam game publishers and developers, and their suppliers disclaim express, statutory and implied warranties and conditions, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. They do not guarantee that the data or service is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pixelog Team, Valve and their suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from use of Steam data or the Steam Web API. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and acceptable use

Do not misuse connected services, bypass request limits or use Pixelog to violate another person's rights. Beta features may change or become unavailable. Material changes to these terms or data practices will be described here before they apply; new permissions require the relevant consent.
